Alexander’s Mobility Services is pleased to announce the winners of its 14th annual Customer Service Award. To earn a place in this elite group a contractor must haul at least 250,000 pounds of household goods during the calendar year and earn a perfect 5.0 customer service rating from the families he relocates. Winning drivers are rewarded with an additional bonus on each shipment they haul the following year.
This year twenty-four drivers received the award. Dave Cook, vice president operations, believes the change is driven by ”…the dedicated work of an amazing driver fleet. These guys pay close attention to the customer and work hard to address their needs. Clearly, their commitment to customer service makes a huge difference to the families we move.” Eight of the winners are particularly familiar with the commitment it takes to earn this award: they are celebrating their second, third, fourth, fifth or even eleventh anniversary as members of this group.
